Breathe: in and out!

The healing art of poetry!

Breathe in love.

Breathe out hate.

Breathe in peace.

Breathe out war.

Breathe in unity.

Breathe out division.

Breathe in joy.

Breathe out anger.

Breathe in discipline.

Breathe out self-doubt.

Breathe in patience.

Breathe out immediate gratification.

Breathe in togetherness.

Breathe out exclusion.

Breathe in kindness.

Breathe out injustice.

Breathe in compassion.

Breathe out self-righteousness.

Let’s breathe in healing.

And together, we will breathe happiness, and blessings.

Mother Earth needs us to breathe in and out. 🌏🌍🌎❤️💛💚
