Lemons! What do we do with those lemons?

Recent events in my personal life have led me to really think about the lemons that we all have to deal with in our lives from time to time. You know what I mean, don’t you? You know, the unexpected challenges, obstacles and difficulties that we face from time to time.
Well, when life gives me lemons, I choose wisely what to do with those damn lemons. It depends on the mood I’m in whether I bake a lemon cake or I make some lemonade! One thing’s for sure, I ain’t gonna just suck on lemons, no way!

That’s not how I roll at all! I immediately start mentally ‘flipping the script’, finding my faith and transforming from the meek little lamb to the lioness that lies within my spirit.

Yes, when life gives me lemons, I know that ‘this too will pass’ and I will overcome that ‘lemon’.
Sadness lasts for a night, but joy cometh in the morning! Keep the faith and welcome the lemons.

In Jamaica, there’s a saying that ‘what doesn’t kill you, fattens you’. You got it? Let me know.
Until next time!
