Positive living!

Life is change

Life is change.

Change happens in life.

Change happens to life.

Change happens as a result of life.

Life is change.

Embrace change.

Seek change.

Be prepared to change with change.

Life is change.

There is some good in every change. Change transforms.

Change teaches lessons.

Change leads to growth.

Change leads to self actualisation.

Life is change.

PS. It’s worth remembering this:

Deep stuff! True enough though, you never know what in store next. I was diagnosed with throat cancer, but luckily I caught it early and I say ‘I “because my GP said the swelling in my neck was a virus, nothing to worry about. I absolutely insisted on a scan and biopsy which confirmed extremely early stage squamous cell carcinoma. Luckily 6 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy completely eradicated it. Three years later there is no sign of it returning. They will follow me up for 2 more years. In the meantime I’m going to teach English in the Far East. I hope you are well. You seem to have advanced in your career somewhat. Anyway, take care, wishing you all the best for the future.

Thank you David,
I’m so sorry to hear. I pray that you will remain cancer free.
I’ve been diagnosed with a rare condition called erythromelalgia (aka Mitchell’s disease or Man on Fire) and it has completely changed my outlook on life. I’m in a happy place and just started a secondment at Enfield CCG as Head of Clinical Quality this week!
