The sun will rise…

Life has a way of pulling the rug from under your feet when you least expect it.

In the midst of living, there are unexpected twists and turns to navigate.

Don’t worry, it happens to us all at some point, this feeling of utter despair.

Don’t take it personal, it is to test not break you.

Whatever happens to you in life, hold on to this, the sun will rise.

Most wont admit it yet inside they know that they have their own battles to face.

Some of the battle scars have barely scabbed over let alone healed, before another battle appears on the horizon of your life.

Whatever happens to you in life, hold on to this, the sun will rise.

There comes a time when you truly understand the significance of the saying “live life one day at a time.”

Some may laughingly say, how else could you live life apart from a day at a time?

Surely, you knew that’s the way it is, they may further say in disbelief.

Whatever happens to you in life, hold on to this, the sun will rise.

Facing up to our struggles builds our strength.

Overcoming our obstacles, creates overcomers.

Even the challenges that seem insurmountable only serve to build courage to face even more.

Whatever happens to you in life, hold on to this, the sun will rise.

When it feels as if the world is caving in, look up and see the rainbow of hope shining down.

It’s during those moments of our lives when we feel like giving in, we must faithfully hold out for the sun.

This faith in the unseen gives us hope and the fear soon fades away back to where it come from.

We are eagles, not pigeons. At this altitude, we must expect some turbulence. However, whatever you do in this journey called life hold on to this, the sun will rise.

Blessings today and always.
